Rebecca Dhand, Owner & Music Instructor

Picture
On tour in Australia and New Zealand with Shrine of the Ages Choir
Rebecca Dhand is a member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association) and CAPMT (California Association of Professional Music Teachers). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Choral Music Education and Spanish from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff AZ in 2010. Her music education experience includes private teaching in piano, violin and voice, and as a group class/choir instructor. She has performed with the Symphony Silicon Valley Chorale, Ohlone Chamber Ensemble, Mission Peak Chamber Singers, Centerville Community Choir, and a plethora of Methodist & Presbyterian Church choirs. She accompanies on the piano, and is a classical vocalist. "Miss Bekah" is an especially nurturing instructor, who has had great success working with students who may not have had good experiences elsewhere. ALL students are welcome: music is not to be perfected, but an experience!

Performances:
* Nothin' Gonna Stumble ( SII in ladies' quintet) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlV4rB5jEfM
* Just a Closer Walk:

* Sister Mary (Had a but One Child):

           Disclaimer - this recording is just a  rehearsal, trying to coordinate the tune with the tricky accompaniment. There's a reason why classical vocalists don't play their own accompaniments!

Unstoppable Learning!

New research shows that children are natural learners.
Kids, left alone (or with only some small admiring encouragement) are entirely unstoppable!
